Well it does help, i've been on other forums where people did comment on the picture thread, you would have to wade thru like 15 posts just to see one pic since there were far more people that would comment than who would actually put up their pic.

Seriously, there's nothing flagrant about any picture i've posted, yeah, some of my pics showed some clevage, so what, I mean if you have issues with that you must not go to the beach, or leave the house for that matter.

Now I could see there being an issue if it was something obscene, but really, I work in an office for a company that does enforce a dress code and those were pics taken at work actually and they have no problems with what I wear.

Aside from a few tongue-in-cheek comments early on, this thread seemed to be primarily concerned with men's beards.

I have heard both sides of the argument, and it seems to me that one of the parties involved is vastly overstating the rampant display of sexuality that goes on here. For ****'s sake, it's been no less than two incarnations of the Glade since the last gratuitous use of Taamatoes, and a similar amount of time has passed since our resident heathen Irishwoman updated us as to her nonstandard marital dynamics.

Instead, what we have are people commenting on women who are attractive with their clothes on! The reason people are mystified is that, by an large, the "fawning" is fairly subdued, and relegated to things such as, "Hey, that outfit looks nice on you." It is possible that someone might feel slighted and offended, seeing the commentary as blatant objectification of women, but such a response is indicative of a deeper problem that needs to be addressed by a professional rather than catered to.

I am sick and tired of the attitude that Amdee's self-image problems are somehow the fault of every woman on the Glade who posts a picture of or tells a story about herself, or the fault of every man on the Glade for taking an interest in those pictures and stories.

Oh on another note, my Iphone refuses to talk to my computer without throwing a fit and dying in my hand, so any future piccies are stuck for now. I may venture out of my hole and purchase a camera... hmm...

Alternatively I may have to brave technology and figure out how to take pictures from my webcam >.<
