It hit the blonde girl on the shoulder and hand. She was not holding a phone. Only had her hand up to her face.

There were no serious injuries. She got an ice pack and a signed baseball, and sat and watched the rest of the game.

StealthEdit: The Nat's are very lucky here. The net that is supposed to protect the fans failed. The ball went right through it. If anyone had been seriously injured, there would have surely been some lawyers involved

I was watching that live, and it was hard to tell at first what happened. It looked like a typical foul ball that bounces off the screen, but then play kind of stopped as the crowd starts making murmuring sounds and looking in that direction. What was funny was that the Asian woman on the left moved up a row after this happened, and the blonde moved over a seat, and then later on the other side of the guy. An inning later, some old guy comes down to sit in the seat vacated by the Asian woman, and one of the ushers comes down to talk to him. I couldn't tell if he was trying to get him not to sit there, or just to warn him about the hole.

Once again, baseball proves that every game, you always see something you've never seen before.
