+1 for a Duck Tales reference in this show.

Yeah, while the whole episode was pretty amazing, that was definitely my favorite scene.

During the "tread lightly" scene Walt's voice switches to Heisenberg so perfectly at the very end I almost have to wonder if it was done in post-processing.

Definitely excellent, but I think Cranston has it down now. He flipped to it pretty effortlessly in the Colbert interview.

My prediction...

Spoiler:
Walt is coming back locked and loaded to take down the Neo-Nazi meth cartel that he unknowingly set into motion by getting Todd and his family involved. The driving reason to do that I'm not sure about. I would imagine someone close to him was killed by them.

Wow...that was an episode.

Spoiler:
I knew as soon as they started filming Walt's "confession" exactly what it would say. Or close enough.

Walt's confession

was a stroke of goddamn genius. Could not stop laughing in admiration. Such a magnificent bastard.

Yep, I could hear every jaw in the country hitting the floor at the same time when that played.

That's the first footage I've seen of the VMA's, probably worth it. That was hilarious.

Spoiler:
Awesome. The second Jesse stuck his hand in his pocket I knew some serious **** was about to go down between him and Walt. Nicely done.

I am glad Gilligan didn't kill off that character after the first season (it was planned, and even he admits it would have been a stupid mistkae).

No kidding. Without Jesse, the show would truly have no heart. So many times we've thought he was about to redeem himself, and then nope. Further down the spiral.

Spoiler:
Yeah. I love the dichotomy as well. From a "this is weighing on my soul" standpoint, he and Walt start off in polar opposites and they are now ending in polar opposites.

I've been extremely impressed with Aaron Paul's acting as well. Especially in this last season. He's said more with his face than most other characters in the show with speaking lines. If there is justice in this world, he will have tons of good gigs after this show.

That was awesome. And a great Malcolm episode as well.

Speaking of Cranston and things that reminisce of that episode, if you have not Stephen Colbert's response to MTV about them breaking the booking of Daft Punk, it is very worth watching. I am positive Daft Punk's absence at the VMA's (the sole reason for Colbert's response) was somehow due to the popularity of this video.

Very nice.

There is a lot of ground to cover with just 3 episodes left. I hope they can get enough in to be a satisfying conclusion. In Gilligan I trust, though.
