The Glade 4.0

Vince Gilligan has gone on record saying that for him, Ozymandias was the best episode of the series.

I've stopped caring about if the show follows Gilligan's original idea. If you can improve upon a good idea and make it great, then do it.

My biggest worry is that tv will be forever ruined for me once Breaking Bad is over. I don't think any show will ever come close to it. It's like Heath Ledger's Joker. The microphone has been dropped, the peace sign thrown up, and the stage has been exited.

The bar has absolutely been raised. It's amazing to me that with people writing the "Death of scripted television" for a decade, a show like this can come along and just blow it all out of the water.

Me too. No matter how excited I am for the final episode, I'm saddened that it's the end. We won't see another one of this quality for a while.

Tonight's the night.

It is a rare thing for a show to stick the landing as well as Breaking Bad has this final season.

And now, now I am stuck with the fact that no television show from here on out will ever come even close to the consistent quality that this show had.

Yep, it's been a long time since I've seen a finale this satisfying. Let's hope it's not too long before another show fills the quality void.

I damn near cried at the end. Not because he died but just how it did end.
