Amount paid: MORE than was owed, creating a credit to my account

Result: They cut my **** internet off, and took 2 hours to reconnect it once pointed out they had my money and the checks had cleared.

Seriously, WTF?

AT&T should hold the Guinness record for world's largest ****.

I would not oppose that award.

After talking to the wife, the representative in so many words said ATT is doing this to people to force them to automatic payments (paperless). They intentionally cashed our checks, didn't credit the account, and shut off service to cause us trouble. **** these evil mofos. I hope they get what the deserve some day.......a big diseased horse dick up their rectum.

Sorry, but this was added to the fact I had to put down my eldest dog, also. Life is shitty.

They were doing the same thing with us, sending us a late notice each month even when we double paid. We cancelled the home phone. It was transparent that they wanted paperless billing and were intentionally jacking up the mailed copies. Their u-verse internet sucks ***, too.
