Well with the experience I am (more than) qualified to be a manager of a fortune 500's regional or international service desk or their service operation (and associated) processes.

So I figure I'll look around doing that for some companies around here until a larger opening pops up.

Thanks - Im just answering calls atm since an emergency fill very close to me came up when I needed a new car. Its also a job I can totally leave at work which is nice considering the Pfizer work + studying this last year.

I meant the one I currently have. Not the ones I will be going for. I've already done the 3 am conference calls to Switzerland - I know what I'm in for.
