The Glade 4.0

I made a thread about radar displays on the RSI forums. There's been a bit of good discussion so far, but threads need a preposterous amount of critical mass to stay afloat on the official boards. If you've played other space sims (or flight sims), I'd invite you to read through the two pages it's at now and participate with some opinions or discussion.

Good idea for a topic. I need to give this some thought.

Probably not. It will suddenly become controversial enough when they release whatever display they decide on and all the malcontents suddenly decide that they should have done something else.

Before I went to the trouble of posting it, I was doing a few searches, and was shocked at how LITTLE anybody had talked about it at all. Now I wish I'd made it six months ago when I first thought of it (but digging up good shots of the various systems took a bit of work that I never really got around to until they showed that UI video on the livestream, which.. probably means it's too late to have a lot of influence, lol).
