I'd actually argue the He-Man stereotype is worse. The natural human physique is the healthiest.

The Barbie physique is... impossible. It at least does not encourage anorexia nervosa or other eating disorders - nobody can have curves like that without eating. If anything, it encourages mild overeating and Victorian corset use, which isn't exactly a great idea either.
