They were foreshadowing her death all season and I thought it was sweet the way they presented her relationship with Ted. But **** Robin. She deserved to be alone.

Was very disappointed with the finale, this whole final season really, they drug it out too much, and really botched that ending, it just didn't fit.

While I was disappointed at where they went with Barney and Robin, I have a lot of respect for the way they brought the whole thing full circle. The finale finally answered, without a doubt, why Ted starts where he does, and why he told the story the way he did. And it does so in a way that's more satisfying, to me, than the "Well I had to tell the journey of how I got to the right place to meet your mother" rationale that we've been assuming it was for 7 years or so, now ever was.

I didn't care much for the finale , but I was glad that the divorce wasn't Barney's fault...
