I'm not sure elementary mechanics requires any sort of physics expertise, pretty much all of it would be covered in a non-calc based physics 101 course.

Minus the jumps, I've ridden a couple singletrack trails like that when I was out in Colorado. Lots of fun. I'll keep my Eastern seaboard old growth forest trails, though.

I like how he's humming along to some music, too. And, yeah, I'd also like to see what it looks like from a spectator's perspective. It may even look more terrifying, come to think of it. I got the link to YouTube from this page which has a non-HD version of another ride. In that one, it's really funny, the guy comes up on a drop, stops for a second, and says, "Uh-oh!" His uh-oh probably equals my "oh **** I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die".
