This year just isn't doing the damage to my wallet that last year did. Seems like this year's deals are slightly cheaper reiterations of last year's deals.

Picked up the Stanley Parable. ALMOST Sprang for Wasteland 2, but figured I'd wait, since I have pretty much zero time to play this summer.

SO MANY early access games. I'm kind of avoiding most of them at this point. There are plenty of actually finished games I haven't played through yet.

Also, damn I love the stanley parable. I need to play it again.

FOR THE GLORY OF ARSTOZKA!

It's a little 8 bit simple game about working at an immigration booth in a socialist country. It shouldn't be interesting at all. But it's kind of awesome.

Rogue legacy is very, very addictive.

Also, I guess I need to play more brothers. Played it for an hour, the art style was excellent, but I haven't been grabbed yet.

For some reason I never really paid attention to previous Steam summer sales.

So far this sale I've bought Divinity:Original Sin, The Stanley Parable, Borderlands 2, Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons, Splinter Cell:Blacklist, Age of Wonders III, and BioShock Infinite.

If you have someone to play coop with, Battleblock Theater is hilarious. And so **** cute. It's not on sale right now, but I imagine it will go on sale again before it's over.

I picked that one up too, no co-op yet, but the first couple levels were hilarious.

Also, the Stanley Parable is so, sooo great. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I guess I'll have to go back and finish off brothers now that I know it's bite size. If I can break away from Rogue Legacy for long enough. :)

Necropost.

I just finished playing this game. This is one of the best games I've played in a very long time. It hit me right in the feels, but in a way that made me reflect and left a lasting impact.

Yes, alas, we must begin the long wait for the Steam fall/winter sale. Time to get out those heavy sweaters.
