A Grouse (left), a ranger and a sportscaster walk into a photo booth. Apparently this is a thing now at weddings; instead of signing the guest book you take a corny photo.

Photo booths are quite popular now. Much more fun than signing a guest book.

A wonderful photographer friend of mine graciously took some new photos for the new year.

I was at a going-away party for a friend last night. I was chatting outside by the pool, and another friend shot this while I was staring into a floodlight. It turned out to be pretty neat example of chiaroscuro.

My third grandson was born yesterday evening. Elijah weighs 7 pounds even.

Was going back through some old Facebook photos and decided to do a comparison.

Comic Con. She definitely got major reactions from the crowd in her costume. I've never had that many people stop me and ask if they could take a picture, let alone have that many do a double-take in my direction with an "Awwww!!"

The girl who made it we met at fantasy con and we had it custom made. She had a booth at comic con this time around, so we grabbed a bunch of cards and passed them out to folks who were interested/asking.
