In your entire life. And I mean finished, as in down to the plastic plunger thing that I assume is at the very bottom. I say assume, because I've never finished one before I've lost it.

So me: 0

One, but only because I kept it by my computer at home for months.

Other than that, none.

Every single one that I haven't lost...though, I've lost quite a few, but I'm fairly certain I've finished more than I've lost.

I live in western Oregon, it's much too wet here for chapstick!

I use it in the Winter. I usually toss the tubes and buy new every year.

I made the mistake of leaving a tube of Carmex in my car center console last summer. Needless to say i won't make that mistake again.

Several, but I've lost or destroyed a LOT more. I love my Pangea Organics lip balm, it's a huge tube that lasts forever (about a year) and it works better than anything else I've ever tried (and I've sampled every lip balm I can get my cracked, flaky lips on), but at $12 it's the most expensive fabric softener EVAR.

I hate hate hate chapstick. Hate the application, hate the feeling of it on my lips, hate the stickiness...blech! Unfortunately, winter temperatures and wind do usually chap my lips to the point where I'm forced to get a tube. I typically apply it maybe three times over the winter, and that's enough to get me through. Then they wind up in the trash, or, if I'm unlucky, forgotten in the center console of my car, like Midgen's.

I am usually not hungry enough to finish a whole stick...

Really though, I hardly ever use the stuff. Like Farsky, I can't stand the feeling of the stuff, so I just don't use it.

I hate chapstick but chapped lips are worse yet. I am going to say 0 as I don't recall ever hitting the bottom of one.

Don't much care for the stuff, either, but use it when I have to. Pretty anal-retentive about keeping track of things, though, so the few tubes I've bought over the years have almost all been "finished"; even the one I bought when I was stationed in Germany in 1989 that I finally managed to finish off sometime after Taamar and I started dating in 2003.

My lips dont often get chapped. They used to when I was in Wisconsin, but only every once in a while. Here in Texas? Hah. I scoff at what constitutes cold in this state.

None. I've always lost them or melted them in the dryer or something.

None, I almost never use chapstick/burtsbees/etc, I find it dries out super fast on my lips and doesn't help very much at all, lip gloss seems to do more for me, plus has the bonus of looking better too ;)

None. Can't really get into the way it tastes. And they leave waxy buildup on my teeth.

And as for nutritional value? Pfeh!

Blistex Herbal Answer is my choice. I carry a tube in my purse and have another in my desk drawer. Chapstick is too waxy and doesn't really do anything for my chapped lips.

I rarely finish because they get lost too easily, but I would have to put my number at 5 (three from paper route days and one on each of my six month depoyments).

(Burt's Bees)

My wife hooked me on Burt's Bees. Chapstick is waxy, but I'll use it over suffering through chapped lips. In a pinch there is also Carmex:

I think I can count on 2 fingers the number of times I have used anything in the "lip balm" category.

I lose them before I use them. I currently know of the location of 3 tubes of Burt's Bees, one here on my desk at work, one on the coffee table at home, and one on my bedside table.

Mike, I'm using this strategy now. I have an old ChapStick brand tube I'm working on. I'm convinced at the bottom is either gold or the secret to happiness.

Also, love lip gloss on chicks ... girls at the club/bar love to flaunt their shiny DSL's hehe ...
