Taamar and I made an offer yesterday, and the seller accepted today.
So, now comes the ... fun?

In any case, we're expecting to be moving into the new place a month or two from now.
Yay for becoming homeowners :)

Congrats! Just beware of Murphy's Law...what can go wrong will go wrong. It's inevitable with home ownership. It's well worth it though, IMHO. :)

Have fun. Never after having paid mine off several years ago there is always something to be taken care of. Not to the extent of a mortgage payment or rent, just some thing to fix or patch.

Do I miss being able to call the landlord and argue about it? Not at all.
