No. If you want to prove that someone is not a Scotsman, you must provide some evidence that they are not, in fact, a Scotsman - not merely your assertion that "true" Scotsmen don't do such things. In the same fashion, if one wants to prove that someone is not a Muslim, one must demonstrate that they reject major, defining elements of Islamic theology.

I don't know why I have to explain this to you. In fact I probably don't. I'm pretty sure this misunderstanding is not due to your inability to understand why you cannot determine something to not be a member of a given class based on any arbitrary characteristic you select - or why, in cases more complex than "rock vs. wood" one must provide more in-depth discussion and evidence to demonstrate the point. Or are you actually telling me that you don't understand that "Is a Christian" vs. "Isn't one" is a more difficult and complex question than "rock" vs "wood"?

Well, I've been trying for years. I'm the one that people complained about too much TLDR posting; now I'm not doing it and you're complaining about that. I'm done coming up with posts that take an hour or more to craft and find links for and then the only thing people want to say is "lol broken quote tags TLDR wall of text therefore you're wrong."

Since I said exactly this, yes, I noticed. Pretending someone didn't say something, then trying to appear to call their attention to it is really pretty lazy.

As for it not being a formal debate board, that does not mean that all principles of reasoning go right out the window if they inconvenience you.



So you come here to unwind, and make minimal effort posts but other people have to engage thoughtfully. Interesting how that works. I'm sorry that you don't get that no one else here has to accommodate your wants in that regard.
