So. So good. Slotted in now at #2 on my Favorite Disney/Pixar movie list.

Definitely a staple in our home. I saw it in the theater with my daughter, twice, as well. My favorite song is "We Know the Way."

I expected to enjoy Moana. But a kids movie I didn't expect to enjoy? Trolls. As the theater darkened and I sat with my daughter, I braced myself for some eye-rolling badness. When the sparkly troll farted out glitter? I thought, "Yeah, this is on par with what I was expecting."

But the movie wore on and I realized I was actually interested. And I was being entertained. And by the time it was over, I realized that movie was a lot more charming than I expected, with a lot of heart. I've enjoyed it on subsequent viewings as well.

"Sing"? Notsomuch. No desire to see that a second time.

Tis my second favorite.

Surprisingly, "Shiny" is tops. Tamatoa is awesome.

Loved it. Loved the movie, loved the soundtrack, loved the fact that they stopped in the middle for a Fury Road shout-out with adorable little evil coconuts.
