Wasn't there a website we've discussed in the past that allowed you (strictly as an unscientific poll, without any actual effect) to chose which federal programs your taxes went to? Anyone recall the site?

I'd never heard of this, but a little googling turned up this: The New IRS. Seems like it's not live.
