So last night I had a rather **** up dream. I was driving around, and for some reason went to visit Foamy and Elmo. They didn't look anything like their pictures, but I knew it had to be them because I called them "Foamy" and "Elmo." Also apparently they're roommates. I think Oonagh's a nice lady to let Elmo live with her and Foamy, but I couldn't tell her that because she wasn't around. Anyway, one of the guys from my Sunday night gaming group is over there, and he's poking around in the circuit box with Foamy. The next part is kind of a blur, but somehow my brother and I are standing outside the house, yelling at Foamy and Elmo that their house is on fire, and telling them to get the **** out.

You secretly have homosexual fantasies involving Foamy and Elmo, and want a threesome with them. You couldn't picture Oonagh in the situation because you are 100% gay. Your brother represents your conscience preventing a situation like this from occurring. He and you set the house on fire to prevent the threesome from occurring. You yell at Foamy and Elmo to get out so that future possibilities are still open.

edit:

You possibly also have a crush on the guy from your Sunday night gaming group.

Eat or take any OTC meds out of the usual? I find if I take Advil PM, my dreams are always very strange.

Now that you mentioned it, I had a weird dream too. I had dreamt I was dreaming I was a handyman who did various tasks (mechanic work, babysitting, lawn care basically anything). Some attractive but hearbroken woman about late 20's confesssed she wanted to pay me to be with her (not sure if she was implying marriage or whatever) for foremost the emotional connection and right when we were about to have sex, I dreamt I woke up from that dream. I dreamt why would I dream of something so strange?? Then I woke up for real. And I was really confused.

To automatically conflate any interaction with other men to automatically be indicative of gay behavior regardless of the lack of any gay quality, is quite indicative of gay behavior.

Yes. I'm currently on pain medication from having my wisdom teeth extracted. There's no doubt in my mind that the dream was drug-induced. Still, I had to share. It's not often you have a dream about one of your friends accidentally setting fire to some guy on the internet's house.

Drug-induced dreams ftw! I think maybe I mentioned it on the Glade before but when I quit smoking I used nicorette patches for a while, and would put them on right before bed specifically because they'd cause dreams so weird they made David Lynch movies look like PBS documentaries.

If you ever do, don't let a large, overweight, balding vending machine repairman near your circuit box. It won't turn out well.

No fever and no drugs but I had a weird one last night (which is very rare), intense enough to actually wake me up. We (my family, as in me, wife and daughter) were assisting in some sort of construction / rebuilding work by helping with drilling. Drilling halted, parts were needed. I recall my daughter (who just turned seven yesterday) being in a ditch tearing apart another machine to scavenge parts and despite the parts being made of steel (and had to weigh hundreds of pounds) she was doing the work. I recall reminding her "don't pinch your fingers sweetie".

We gathered the parts and I loaded them on a cart and just as I did, we heard a scream, and across the road in the corner of a loading dock or something (but only maybe 15 feet away) a little boy collapsed. His last words were "Black Mamba" and a large (maybe 8 feet long) albino (yes, a large white, black mamba) disengaged its bite on the back of his neck, slithering over the body and then slithered at super fast speed my daughter who, along with my wife, start screaming. I managed to grab my daughter and jerk her away from the snake and can distinctly remember seeing my machete laying on the ground a good five feet behind the snake and thinking "well crap".

I woke up as the snake started (still at super speed) at me.

I had a weird dream last night.. Again, no drugs for this one.

I must've been influenced by Elessar's thread about being in Japan w/o knowing Japanese. Because I was in Japan. And didn't know Japanese (not surprising). I was taking the Subway someplace, because I heard they were filming a game show on the sidewalk (like, a bunch of contestants for a trivia show set up on the sidewalk). It was a weird show, I know that much, and apparently you "invest" (lolz) in your chances by paying to be a contestant.

Then the subway got hijacked or something, because I was trying to get to another car (actually, the lower level of the car I was in, I think) by climbing on the outside of the car. Really weird.

That actually sounds fairly normal, for Japan.

Last serious fever dream I had was a few years ago. Basically dealt with walking around the State Capitol with Colonel John Augustus Sutter and him complaining about the State stealing all his land and his son being complicit in the theft. Every now and then he would stop for a second, shoot a passing legislator and we would continue walking. No one nearby seemed to think shooting a legislator was unusual or comment worthy.
