Elmo, your intentionally narrow reading of Kelo is not helping your case much. In fact, your reading of most things concerning the law, constitutional or otherwise, is narrow and entirely tainted by an ideology that's not supported by the reality of constitutional law.

Constitutional law is the problem in itself. The only precedent that should be used for Constitutional matters is the Constitution itself. Otherwise, court cases have the gravity of the founding document itself. While this is both 1) not the reality and 2) most likely fine by you, it is improper logically.

I can't think of anything that would support my position better than you commenting on how the law was ruled in Kelo. Please show me how you view the Kelo ruling.
