In my work experience, Rooster is crack cocaine. Dragon is heroin. Pig is PCP. One of my coworkers put together a fairly complete Chinese zodiac with drug slang terms. Wish I still had it, but he retired and I didn't keep a copy.

It should also be noted that drug slang changes almost as fast as teen slang, goovy, huh?

I heard an interview with the band once and they said it was about one of the member's father (I can't remember which) in the Vietnam war.
