I know a lot of people have trepidation of wii controls and Samus as an FPS star. I missed the first two as they came out during the era where I didn't own a Nintendo console.

There isn't a lot added on to this, just some unlock-able galleries and a little piddling local death match game.

However if you're like me and you either missed one of these the first time around, or just really love the series, then it's pretty good.

If you've turned away from the series before and have never given it an open try, I'd like to say I'm rather enjoying it, and you get 3 full games for the price.

I really didn't like the controls for Metroid Prime 3. But I will say the new Metroid game they've got in the works looks **** awesome and may get me to re-buy a Wii. Final Fantsy 4: The After Years is already making me regret selling the Wii off.

Metroid Prime are definitely proud members of my "great games I haven't gotten around to sitting down to play through all the way" list.

Which has many, many distinguished titles. It's in good company.

Metroid Prime 3 is my #1 most-played game on the Wii, not counting Wii Sports. I confirmed today after Nintendo updated the Nintendo Channel. It lists out all of your games, how long you've played them, and in how many sessions you spent those hours.

I have 3 games at 45+ hours. Wii Sports, Metroid and Zelda. Everything else is 13 hours or less.
