I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die. "

Beautiful poem.

"May the road rise up to meet you,
may the wind be always at your back,
may the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rains fall soft upon your fields,
and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand."

I hope people remember the frantic dancing Hobbes I've always used in my sig. That's all :)

If I die, I'm coming back as Ghost Lonedar, unless I'm bitten by a zombie in which case it will be Zombie Lonedar.

Seriously though...this board is all but segregated from my RL. My wife is very insightful and might post something, but otherwise I would just be gone. I could be dead or in France without access to le INTERNETS. However, I believe that prayer transcends time and space, so say a little prayer for me now if it suits you and it will be heard at the hour of my death.

I'm with Lon, in terms of how the intersection between Real Life and this board. My wife barely knows about this site, and probably wouldn't dig up a link to let you all know if something happened to me.

For 'Dee? I watched Star Trek:TOS. It was Catspaw, somehow oddly appropriate.

Pretty sure FarSky is on my Facebook/MySpace. All he'd have to do is see the status updates if something ever happened.

EDIT: I wonder if some kind of centralized watchdog system could be set in place? Or if something like that is even feasible.

You'd know I was gone if I just stopped posting, didn't come to our D&D sessions, and hadn't given anyone any warning.

Of course, that might happen in the future anyhow without be being dead, but I'd at least try to let Talya, Coro, Ranelagh, Raltar or Rorinthras know. I hate to leave them hanging; wife aggro is bad enough for me not showing up.
