So... I am trying to get all my stuff in order here and prep a potential game type thing, for table top and PbP. I currently have 6 notebooks running, but would like the option to host them all online. Well I found a way to do it.

My cable provider lets me have 7 to 10 email addresses... each of which has 10 Mb of web space. They also offer Media stoe and share which is 5 Gb of space for free; then I can upgrade that to 25 Gb for 3.99 a month if I want. The only problem is I will not have a domain name. I will have a silly little "members.cox.net/username" thing

Depending on what you want, you could always register a domain name and set up with dyndns (or similar). Or you could check out Obsidian Portal, they make available a pretty nice set of tools for running games.

okay.... I have now registered a domain name and I have my host. Just need to wait for my DNS update and then I just need to post a site....
