Do me a favor and weigh in on the poll here in the next...oh, five, six hours (cutoff time for ordering a Kindle today, if that's the way I go).

Thanks!

Which is probably the real reason I haven't acquired a Kindle yet Arathain. I can go outside and read in the sunlight, or sit by the window all day long without having to worry about a battery.

Also, I heard there was a question over the copyright of 1984, so Kindle remotely deleted it from everyone's devices?

The irony of it being the novel "1984" notwithstanding, that rubs me the wrong way.

Sorta.

They didn't have the rights to sell it, and they refunded the money people spent on it and removed it from the devices.

However, since then, the bigwigs have said that that was the wrong way to go about it, and said they wouldn't do it that way again.
