Where's the problems? If you choose to have a baby in a hospital, then you temporarily surrender some rights.
I'm just trying to picture the scene after being told I wasn't allowed to take my baby out of the hospital.
It would start with laughter, then anger, then flying nurses, then probably hand cuffs.
