Apple Claims Invention of Multi-Touch, Phone CPU Undervolting, Sues HTC to Stop Sales

From the article, it sounds like Jobs and co. are preparing to do so. I think Google should just take part of the pile of money they swim in (like Scrooge McDuck) and just buy Apple.

Which is really sad. I looked up multi touch and the tech behind it to see if Apple may indeed have a case on that.

Substantially, I believe that they do not. Microsoft has a similar multi touch system called Surface, and there are other technologies that have been around since like the 80's if not earlier.

I am *maybe* with them on the stepping of the processors, but Notebook computers have been doing that **** for years as well.

And for the "Arrangement of Icons" African-American, if you would be so kind. I had that **** on my Palm Treo from oh so long ago.

Jobs is out of his mind.

Apple should be going after Microsoft as well, except Bill Gates has already proven repeatedly that he's smarter than Steve Jobs. Really, that's what this is all about. Apple had Windows stolen from them, and then roughly twenty years later, Bill Gates turned around and patented the iPod. Jobs is just trying to make sure that Google doesn't patent the iPhone. Of course, while he's going after Google, Bill Gates is going to do it instead.

Because really, that's what Bill Gates does. He **** Steve Jobs.

There was a thread on the Glade sometime about a year after the iPod Nano was released that linked a news article regarding a lawsuit between Apple and Microsoft. Microsoft had somehow weaseled the patent for the iPod. Apple left something sit too long, and Microsoft patented it.
