None of this is exactly new. Monty's been claiming "State's Rights" as an example of a term that's supposedly a "code word" for racism for ages, and it started way before him.

The fact that the idea of code words is nither verifiable nor disproveable doesn't seem to faze anyone who propounds this nonsense.
