We've done this before, but its still fun.
How do you pronounce your name and how do you pronounce other's names?

Ex.

Vindicarre=Vin-duh-car

Farsky=Farskee

FarSky, no matter what I do, I always say Farskee inside my own head.

Elmarnieh - Turd Furg-us-son

Everyone else if phonetic.

Rafael = Rahf I el, which I shorten to Rafe.

Both are variants of Ralph.

I always spelled the name "Michael" as "Micheal" when I was a kid. Therefore, they are phonetically equal.
