Looking forward to hitting the gym today. Lifting heavy things is an awesome way to clear your mind. Anyone else find that to be the case?

Its a stress reliever if you aren't stressing about working out. :\

I'm feeling the blues myself. Constantly questioning if I'm doing enough to lose weight etc.

Hokanu, make good food choices and you'll be ok. Dont stress it too much, takes some time.

Raf, I felt like a beast myself today. I think maybe it was the nice weather in my case.

No. Exercise increases stress, it doesn't decrease it except insofar as it eliminates the stress from not exercising.

The aggregate, however, is more stress.
