Problem: User's clock was 1 hour behind after DST change this weekend.
Helpdesk Troubleshooting: Helpdesk agent had ensured computer was set to automatically adjust for DST, and tried to change the time. Time had reverted back to being 1 hour behind immediately, so the helpdesk agent escalated the issue to me.
Solution given to user: "This is George W. Bush's fault. In 2007, he changed the dates on which daylight savings time takes effect. Other countries followed suit. You are missing a three year old patch to compensate for this."
(Installed patch, fixed problem.)

Well, I'm from California(and currently located there). But having lived in AZ and actually experience the awesomeness of no daylight savings time, I can say without a doubt that AZ is the smartest state in the world for not bothering with it.
