A poll for us all.

Changed from For Nevandal to History of Taskiss . . . by hump boy's request. Then changed again, to simplify it and not make it all about camels.

Because yeah, I should have cleared it with George/Nevandal before using his name.

Poll changed to meet valid points, re-voting established.

Need a category "Would if it were legal, but I have too much to lose if I were to be caught".

Good point, but this is history, not future.

And yes, I agree with your position on that. Here in California and some other places it isn't so much an issue, but elsewhere it certainly is.

I chose option 3, "tried but not my thing", but I'm really between 3 and 4. More like, tried it, had fun with it for a while, moved on.

Really, do we need to call Nev out on this by name? Can't we change the title to "Poll based on someone who uses George Costanza as an avatar"?

OK then, a "Did it, loved it, stopped when I had kids and didn't want to be a bad influence - I had and still have too much to lose".

I vote for "History of Taskiss, Part 1 - the Wonder years" 'cause I was like "Oh, wow, man!" all the time.

I prefer "Poll based on someone formerly known to use the headcrusher avatar"

No option for 'never tried it, but might under the right circumstances'

Dammit, beat me to it.

Tried it, liked it, loved it, then liked it, quit but would do it on occasion were it not too risky.

Accidentally used once, bad experience but I put myself down as an activist.

Never have, and probably never will... But I'm still for it being legalized.

Mind altering substances are just not my thing.

I have no desire to even try it. Addiction burns so rampant on my family tree I'm surprised the damned thing still is up....

A lot of people want it legalized for a lot of reasons. A few people want it legalized so hippies will shut the **** up and have one less thing to annoyingly crusade for.

It's like someone saving the daughter's neighbor from rape because some cookies might have burned in the oven: the right thing for the most mundane of reasons.

Here's the thing. I started smoking my Freshman year in High School. I **** loved it back then. But as time went on, I started to grow up and realized how much I hated it. So I went ahead and voted "Tried it, didn't like it."

I would never go back, but I feel it needs to be fully legalized, because aside from making you incredibly lazy and lowering your reaction time and such, it doesn't do that much harm. I never heard of anyone dying because they smoked too much pot(aside from pot related accidents or animals made into food products like cows being made into burgers).

I've never been a fan of having my state of mind being altered. Kinda of the same opinion even about alcohol. I even hate it when they have to gas me at the dentist.

I am not a person prone to stress, so I don't need something extra to help me relax. I am not awkward around people or larger groups of them, so needing something to loosen me up is unnecessary (if anything, it hinders me). And I am not prone to peer pressure, so if everyone around me is doing something I don't feel awkward about not "fitting in." And I find Aqua Teen Hunger Force funny enough already (though Spongebob still escapes me).

A lot of my friends drink, and another group of my friends toke it up. I think the one thing that made me realize that they are true friends is that they never once attempted to get me to join in with them nor did I ever try to get them to stop. We don't judge each other, and we can all get along and hang out and have good times.

My old Quake clan used to smoke pot heavily. I'd hang out with them at the clan leader's house during weekend marathon LAN sessions. They used to claim that they played better drunk or stoned. I can assure you, they only THOUGHT they did. :D

It seems, from direct observation, that what makes Spongebob funny is being a pre-teen/teenage girl. I don't think pot will help.
