Just got done shopping for this week
Sat afternoon/Evening: Bangers and Mash. Gonna make mashed red potatoes and bratwursts/boudin.
Sun Evening: Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings. Side of Mixed Veggies
Mon/Tues Leftover Roast Beef
Wednesday: Blackened Fresh Salmon, Ahi Tuna, and Chicken. (I'm allergic to fish, and Mom loves it.) Spring Salad on the side here.
Thurs: Leftover whatever.
Friday: Taco Night!
Sat: I dunno here. I think I'm gonna do the elk tenderloin thing if I can convince Mom that its ok to eat strange meat.
Sun: Filets Mignon and Baked Potatoes/salad(?) Its a big lump of Tenderloin... I *may* roast it, not sure.
