No judgment, no hassles. What is your starting point, what are your goals.

Me, I'm 6'0" and circling 278 for the last few weeks. My gym membership is going on fine, I'll get back to going next week hopefully when I stop being this sick.

First major goal, 250. Haven't seen that in over 20 years.

Once I reach there I'll probably reset to 225, then 200. Not sure if I want to go below 200. I'm a fairly large build for a six footer.

My top was in excess of 330, but not by much. Not sure how much because my scale only went to 330.

Going the opposite direction.

146 goal is 150-155. I started at 125ish last summer. I've been lifting for a long time but really switched up my program last year.

To give an idea of how lanky I am, I'm 5'7" or so but I can fit easily into a size 35 jacket (I even had it tailored) and my arms measure over 70" fingertip to fingertip. However, I didn't look unhealthy at 125, just a bit thin.

5'10 176 now. Plan is to get myself lean then probably eat at maintenance or slightly above and try to pack on a bit more muscle. By August I'm looking to be about 175 and 10-12% body fat.

Huh... I'm 5'11", medium-ish frame, and I was just over 200 in November and have somehow wound up at 186 (yesterday) without doing much at all. I stopped snacking before bed, started bringing my lunch to work instead of going out all the time (way easier on the wallet, too), and that's about it.

I really don't care if I lose another pound, or gain some - but I'd like to get rid of whatever gut I have. That's not a diet thing, that's plain and simple a get off my posterior and compensate for my desk job sort of thing. To that end, I have:

Mine's the one on the left! I've been doing laps in my neighborhood with her - it has a front wheel for walking/jogging, too, and I think I'm gonna go get a bike soon so i can pull it for a while instead of push.

264 as of this morning. Would like to see 240. January last year, I was pushing 300 (296). Pulled off 30 or so, and stalled when I became unemployed.

24# isn't too bad. Just need to work on my eating habits again.

I'm 5'6" and as of this morning I weigh 148 (I gained a pound since last month :( ). Ideally I'd like to lose another 20-25 pounds, but losing the weight isn't nearly as important for my health as getting more exercise and losing the belly fat is.

I'm still at 168 (up and down a couple pounds from there) and I want to get to 163. Honestly, I don't see myself getting traction on that until summer time when school is out. Too many upsets to my schedule force me to eat out because I don't have time to juggle things around with school and work. But I still work out 5-6 times a week so I'm mostly satisfied with myself.

Edit: I'm 5'9". This time last year, I was probably around 185lbs.

I'm 6' and 165-168 (depending on the morning constitutional). Trying to get to 175.

Nah, don't think of it like that. I'm a guy and we have the advantage of having naturally leaner bodies, typically. Like I said, I was skinny and I still am kind of skinny. I am right around 6% fat and that is how I have so little weight.

Truth be told, I wouldn't think it would be good for you to go much lower than 110 and 112-115 is probably good even if that is your height. I'd rather carry a little extra weight and be less prone to illness. Unless you want to be one of those women who is absolutely ripped.

This woman lifts at my gym, I know her and her husband Matt. They are very nice people. Lisa Aukland:

Then take a cue from the Müs and start wearing a wet suit. You won't jiggle and it will sweat the pounds off you.

5"10', 175 as of right now. Would like to be 165, can't say that I'm going to be following any kind of regimen, though.

Maybe it's just me, but women should be jiggly in certain places... ;)

5'10" and 189lbs as of this morning.

I'd like to get down to about 175ish. I'm less focused on a specific weight as I am overall health and body fat.

Didn't lose or gain any weight while on break. Still have that +5-10 in mind but I'm refining it to be 7-10.

I was doing well, went to the gym three times, had lost, mostly water weight I'm sure, 5 pounds. Then I came down with one of the persistent bugs going around, it cost me the last three weeks of working out and the last two weeks of working period. Antibiotics, painkillers, bed-rest, all the stuff I hate needing. On top of that I'm on restriction as far as exercising the abdominal area, I have a hernia that needs repair - in all fairness, I've had that same hernia for over 20 years, but now its big enough the doctors want to fix it instead of watch it. I haven't put the weight back on. First day back at work today, made it through the day and came home exhausted. First day I don't get off work too tired to do anything but go home and sleep, I'm heading back to the gym and discussing what I can do with the trainer, then doing it.

I'm told I will look like Adam after the surgery, no belly button.
