Looks like she is 16 now, about 14 in the video. Boyanka Angelova seems to be very popular in European Gymnastic circles, here is a thread I found, with some much clearer pictures of her.

All seriousness though with the size of the video its hard to tell if she's young or just really really thin. There's just no frame of reference.

I also thought it was a bowling ball until she started bouncing it around.
