Now I understand why men don't have flabby underarms as much as women do. We have the equipment built-in for this exercise already, and most us us have been using said equipment since our mid-teens.

My wife has one. She has so far refused to allow me to observe her using it. I giggle every time I see the commercial.

At 1 50 is the funniest part of their video.

It's also a little depressing on how few women consider lifting weights it seems. I see some of the best looking ones on base in the weight room. *sigh*
