My storage area got a little out of control, so I bought a bunch of storage stuff and have been going through it and throwing out things that have gone bad (rancid whole wheat flour) or that are nearly empty and not worth keeping (box of pearl tapioca with one tablespoon in it). What I found is that I have a LOT of chocolate. About 20 pounds of it, not including baking cocoa, drinking cocoa, and candy.

20 pounds of chocolate.

Holy cow. I thought the 4 pounds we had (before I made mousse last weekend for Easter) was bad. Sounds like brownie time!
