Emma Watson is pretty darn hot, regardless of whether or not she was in a movie at age 12. She's hardly the first actress in this position. Drew Barrymore and Kirsten Dunst come to mind. Natalie Portman, too, though I don't know if using her as an argument gives me points or loses me points, cause she had some definite creep factor built into some of her earlier stuff. Those three are thought of as women in the public eye now, though they weren't always. Where an individual draws the line is up to them I suppose, but it has to come sometime.
