Big Bang Theory.

Ok, gotcha. For some reason I was stuck on sci-fi or drama, trying to come up with a match. I forget about sit-coms as I haven't followed any for a few years, other than The Office.

NBC puts Heroes out of its misery.

I really don't enjoy gloating when a show is canceled, because I know the frustration of having a favorite show get the pink slip, and every show is someone's favorite show (pay no attention to how depressing a thought that is, world-with-The Jersey Shore-and-Two and a Half Men-in-it). But it's hard for me not to be glad this one's (finally) gone.

I was always hoping this show would pull itself out of the toilet. Since they've proven unable to do that, yeah, I'm glad it's gone. Did they even finish out the last season? Even my wife gave up on it.

I really liked the original season. I've stuck with it as disappointment and annoyance grew. I now find myself happy that it's over.

One day I shall buy season 1 on DVD and forget the rest ever existed.

So was there a finale, or is it just canceled?

Straight up cancelled, I believe, the last episode of season 4 is the last one that's going to be made.

It went down pretty much like Lenas said. Although I did like Samuel a bit, at least it was better than another season of sylar being "maybe probably the bad guy but sometiemes good and oh screw it we have no idea what to do with this character".
