I do not care for artichokes; and brussell sprouts are an abomination in the eyes of god... But everything else on that list is tasty

There is nothing on that list I haven't eaten and enjoyed at least once so far this year. It's all good.

For me, everything but squash and beets = so good!

Even then, spaghetti squash is alright.

I can live without brussel sprouts, squash and beets. Everything else is fine (although I'm currently not allowed some of them on my current regimine).

I'm curious whey Broccoli isn't one of your choices?

Midgen:

I thought about broccoli and cauliflower, but had a sudden panic attack, as if some unseen force had suddenly been summoned to loom over me, so I decided to not post them.

For the record, tho, I think both of them are soooo good!

Hmm... not a big fan of cauliflower.. The story is that when I was little, my older brother told me they were monkey brains or something...and i developed a great disdain for them that I havn't been able to over come.

I don't care at all for cooked broccoli.. something about the smell I can't get passed, but I've been eating a lot of raw broccoli, spinach, etc.. (rich green veggies) lately. It's taking a while, but I'm starting to get a fondness for the stuff.

I've been trying to eat more shredded lettuce, black olives, red onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, lite mayo, turkey and black forest ham on 12" 9-grain bread

Mushrooms~ 50/50. Don't mind 'em, but don't seek 'em out, either

Onions~ Mmmmmmm

Olives~ Limited quantities in certain dishes, but mostly pass otherwise.

Artichokes~ Nummy!

Beets~ Need more data...but not terribly interested in gathering said data :P

Squash~ Like 'em!

Carrots~ Limited. Don't mind 'em in soups/stews/roasts. Won't eat 'em raw or by themselves

Brussell Sprouts~ must die!

Tomatoes~ Yep!

Alfalfa Sprouts~ Don't mind 'em

Spinach~ Used to love spinach as a kid, not so much now. Not bad in salads or Italian food

Asparagus~ Used to hate with a mad passion...but I'm softening since I had some asparagus risotto once that I absolutely loved. But I won't eat 'em by themselves

Beans~ lubs 'em all, even lima beans

Peas~ love 'em

Peppers~ Not a fan at all of hot peppers, don't mind milder ones, but don't seek 'em out, either

I don't like eggs much...pretty much only like eggs in Asian soups or fried rice, or French toast. All other preparations of chicken periods I pass on.

Mushrooms all time favorite

Onions ok for flavor, hate them slimy

Olives wont touch them

Artichokes Wonderful

Beets pass. dont hate, but dont like.

Squash always yummy

Carrots ok, don't go out of my way for them, but like them well enough

Brussell Sprouts tolerable

Tomatoes delicious

Alfalfa Sprouts great

Spinach yummy

Asparagus yummy, particularly the way I cook it. terrible if overcooked (as 90% of the world does)

Beans good

Peas ok as long as not canned. fresh is excellent and frozen is ok

Peppers ICK ICK ICK ICK -- much hate for peppers

On the list, I only like olives(black olives only) and carrots(cooked only). The rest...I don't like. Onions would be fine except I can't stand their texture. Onion powder is fine, though.

Onions and Apples have a remarkable similar texture.

I remember seeing a science project where people were blindfolded and had their noses plugged, and could not tell the difference between a caramel covered apple and a caramel covered onion.

YMMV

I don't like apples, either. Well, I like apple juice, but that's not apples.

I like everything on the list.

Beets I'm sort of indifferent towards, but I still eat them. They just don't have much of a flavor to me.
