We did it in teams. 1 on the rower 1 running. Had to wait for your partner if he wasnt finished before you were. We came in 1st place, oh yeah. That's the best thing about the Crossfit I belong to. I woke up not really wanting to work out but at the end I felt great. A lot to be said for working out in groups or with a partner.

Was supposed to do 5 800 meter runs with a 2 minute rest between runs. I managed 2.5 and then rolled my ankle =/

Yeah it's not bad fortunately. I'm keeping off of it today and took off work, but it's not swollen too much (that's what she said).

Still hurts though and I'm limping around. Hopefully a couple of days max... how are you doing?

Ankle is still not 100% but I did get into the gym today to do squats

3x5 @ 225.

Strentgh: 3x5 of Overhead squats @ 115lbs. These actually hurt my sprained ankle that's still recovering so I took it easy on them.

Time 19:06. They capped it at 20 minutes and if you went over that you had to run a 1 mile penalty. That would have sucked.
