One of the most dangerous drinks I can make: Bicardi Limon + Arizona Iced Tea (lemon).

Dangerously easy to drink.

* 6 parts vodka
* 4 parts white rum (i.e. Bacardi Superior or any other non-flavored clear rum)
* 4 parts melon liqueur (Midori is the most common brand but there are others)
* 2 parts gin
* sweet & sour mix (common bar mixer found in any store)
* Sprite (can also use 7up or Sierra Mist)

Mix the alcohol in a pitcher or other container, pour out 10 oz into a bowl, add about 15 oz sweet & sour mix and about 15 oz sprite, add ice.

Yeah, these'll work. Chocolately goodness that, with enough of them, will knock you out.

I have had similar experience with Strawberry Margaritas.

Dos equis lager

wine, white zinfandel

mikes hard lemondade (try the raspberry)

smirnoff flavored malt beverages

flavored vodka + water + lemon/lime juice or other fruit juice

all easy ways to get drunk.

alternatively get a nice tequila with some lime slices and salt. I prefer without salt. if you don't drink often just 3 or 4 shots of these will get you started very nicely.

Yeah, I'm not a big drinker (I just don't really care for the taste of alcohol), but alcoholic chocolate milkshakes? Yum yum.

You want to just get drunk, just plug your nose and go for shots of the hard stuff! If you want to enjoy an alcoholic drink occasionally try margaritas, daquiries, pina coladas, mudslides....

Drinking just to get drunk is a stupid thing to do! What are you, 16?? Come on!! Drinking alcoholic beverages for enjoyment of their taste or the company you are keeping is one thing, but drinking just to get drunk?? That's an alcoholic trying to burst out!!

I have to agree with Jasmy and Shel on this. At your age drinking to get drunk is either an alcoholic, or someone trying to become one. Drinking to escape your thoughts is not a wise move. It just focuses you on what you are trying to escape and primes the pump for you doing something really and potentially terminally stupid.

You have other skills to take you away from your thoughts.

Meditate to clear your mind.

Do 1000 reps of a move you are trying to master.

Jog a few miles, and just get into the process, one stride after another, watch the path, breathe properly.

I'm sure you can think of others.

Really? All the jokers who come on here and post just how trashed/wasted/whatever and you chose ME to get judgmental about?

I love how the Glade has adopted 3-4 people who they think its ok to offer unsolicited advice about (note the topic was WHAT to drink, not WHEN or HOW MUCH or WHY)

And I love how you think you can open a can of worms and demand that people fish with them.

You truly are a control freak aren't you TheRiov?

No, not feeling bad about offering unsolicited advice, even to someone who refuses to take it. Someday they might actually listen.

You have a history here of telling us all about your making what is perceived as bad and self-indulgent decisions, and then refusing any advice that isn't exactly what you want to do. You really think chiding us about trying to help you is going to have any effect? Has it in the past?

You really need to get some serious counseling. At least IMHO.

If you need to find validation for your self-destructive actions, don't look for it here.

You do this **** all the time man. Grow the hell up.

Had rael or lenas (mention by name as they are the first two powters in the inebriated thread) said they were not normally drinkers but wanted to get plowed... And then asked for suggestions; do not drink to get drunk would have been the same reply. Everyone has been trying to help Raf get in the good with his problem too.

So it is not singling you out. But by all means; if you want to **** kill yourself with all of your actions... that is your business: but do not expect the community to cheer your demise or help you plan it.

We have all been a bunch of assholes here at one point or another (holy christ self included), but overall we still seem to care about eachothers well being. So if you want to poison yourself, do not get pissy when someone shows a bit of concern, especially since you have been showing several signs of "cry for help" or potential self destructive behavior in the past year

Stuff the holier than thou attitude Michael. I'm "better behaved" than nearly every self-righteous person on this board. Yourself included. I've literally imbibed alcohol on 6 occasions and only three of those more than a single glass, of THOSE times, I've actually been over the intoxicated line twice. So these accusations of alcoholic-in-the-making are beyond stupid. I've never done illegal drugs, I've not committed an act of violence in anger since I was 12 years old. I've never stolen. I don't lie, and by all accounts I'm a great guy.

So spare me the armchair psychology. You're not qualified. I asked a question about beverages and suddenly you've decided you have the right to comment on my life choices. Nose. Own business. Keep it there. I didn't open the door to my personal life. I made that mistake once. I wont do it again on this board.

This was supposed to be a safe topic and a safe forum. if I wanted life commentary it would have been in rants section.

Stuff it! I drink when I'm chatting with friends on vent while playing games...sometimes I drink more than I should but I don't drink to get drunk on purpose...which seems to be what YOU want to do!!

There's no other reason to drink alcohol. It tastes like piss. So why else would one drink other than to get drunk?

You don't wanna go there, bro.
Some people had a problem with the way you worded your question....(it did seem like a rather attention-seeking way to phrase a request for drink recipes)....if you are so awesome, then just let it go, don't start attacking people.

Walk away.

Everyone is different Raltar, not everyone thinks it all tastes like piss. Most of us like the taste of one or more of the various flavors. As far as not liking the taste of everything you've tried, you aren't alone, that is why there are so many different types of alcoholic beverage. Some folks never find anything they like, some folks find just one or two things. I've got a good friend who keeps one high sugar liqueur in his home, for the one or two times a year he feels like having a drink. He gets his highs from sugar - it amazes me he isn't diabetic with the amount of sugar he eats.

To answer the question you asked, a glass of wine with a decent dinner can be an aid to digestion. A lot of people drink that way, just one glass, with dinner, not every night perhaps, but often enough. There is also medical research claiming to prove a glass of red wine a day is good for your heart. Just one, no more.

Me, if I have two beers in a month its a heavy month. Its something I enjoy once in a while, and have no desire to up the frequency. Regular drinking to get drunk, it doesn't start as everyday, but it can escalate up to it, especially if you aren't careful. Going up to getting drunk every day, it can and does happen, for too many people. Me. I've been there - done that - watched my father die from it and I'm watching my brother die from it.

However, if it all tastes like piss to you, that might be a good thing. No one really needs to drink, but a lot of people like to. A lot of people I know would be better off all around if they had your "problem".

I have heard that about wine, actually. But I just can't imagine anyone actually drinking any of it because it tastes good. I mean, good lord. After my Vegas trip, I can't even smell the stuff without coming close to vomiting. Though, that recipe I posted earlier, doesn't taste or smell like alcohol. I was very surprised when I drank it(was a Borg Sphere from the Star Trek experience, it had dry ice in it to make it bubble and smoke. was bad ***).

Yeah, seems like there have been plenty of suggestions. I really don't think you like some of them, though. Perhaps if you had specifically mentioned ...

Oh, nevermind.

Do you "want to find something to get drunk on every now and again"; or do you want an alcoholic beverage you might enjoy drinking on occasion with friends who drink?
