The Glade 4.0

So I got a new dog (first dog I've owned).



He's a lab-golden retriever mix, with a little chow in him too.

I got him from a rescue shelter, he's about 7 months old. His name is Teddy, but I don't much like it. I think I'm going to change it. Any ideas for a new name?

You know, the guy that's going to show up at your door when you get home every day for the next 15 years. You should name him Dog.

Yeah he's seen me off to work, and welcomed me home every evening so far. He follows me around wherever I go. He rarely barks, which is good. On Monday morning I got the bag of food out (I was given a week's worth of dog food from the rescue) put some in his bowl, and went upstairs. Forgetting that I had left the bag of food on the counter. Five minutes later I come back and he had pulled the bag off the counter and eaten all but a couple cups. I think ice broke him of that. I left a gallon back with food in it right on the edge of the counter all morning while I was getting ready for work and he didn't touch it.


He seems pretty smart, playful, devoted, and eager to please.

I like the name arum, but I think it would be hard to call.
