If you guys want to get all up in arms about kiddie porn, you're barking up the wrong tree. Her recent video suggests that her latest album and upcoming shows will be more sexually exploitative than some upskirt shot taken when she didn't have the good sense to wear panties with a mini-skirt. I also seem to recall a big to-do over kiddie porn when she shot some topless photos for some magazine or another. Disney and her father have been riding that line as close as they can. So no, I can't take anybody seriously when they cry child porn. Her entire career for the past year has been **** child porn.

But see, nobody's ***** about Disney peddling kiddie porn, because Disney owns the politicians who write the kiddie porn laws. Also, nobody's ***** about Billy Ray Cyrus peddling kiddie porn because he's a good old boy who sang country music, and maybe it was shitty country music, but that just helps me relate because I can't sing country music worth a damn, either. Perez Hilton is some dude who talks about famous people on the internet. **** him! Put him on a chain gang and set his house on fire!

Spoilered is a picture that they used as a marketing sign for her Wal Mart line of clothes... marketed towards teens.


Just looking at that I will say immediately; I would not take very kindly to my daughter wearing a skirt that short combined with a top that small.

But it seems to be a problem with celebrity teens in general. You can really see the problem if you do something as simple as a search for the 2010 Kids Choice Awards. The Nickelodeon Award show where kids vote for their favorite stuff. The dresses keep getting shorter and more provocative.

According to this video on CNN:

Apparently she was shooting a music video (this was not private life) and "more concerned about getting the lyrics than how she was getting out of the vehicle" and as she was getting out of the vehicle a breeze blew by lifting her skirt up. She WAS WEARING PANTIES. Perez actually photoshopped the photo to simulate genitalia to make it look like she was not wearing any panties, when in fact she was.
