Not sure, but the in portion of the IRQ Table on an ACPI OS shouldn't be outside of the protected 640k at the very front. The placement is weird. If the OS is overwriting the things stored in that memory, then we've got real issues.
From your description, I'd say you have real issues.
SO many things could be the issue - bios, ram, the mobo chipset, the cpu, swap on the disk, etc, etc, etc, ad nauseam
Virtually anything that has anything to do with memory.
