Yup, after trying just about all the alternatives, I finally loaded iTunes, which I use exclusively to manage the music on the family's ipods.

Other than that, I use foobar2000.

I am using iTunes. It keeps saying some error has occurred and it won't copy. It'll let me copy to my iPod classic. :(
