I would be more interested to know who you would want to go out on a date with, and how would that differ from these lists. Of course, more couples might have issues with that kind of list, given the different kind of intimacy than just sex.
My "list", had I such a thing, would be a mix of "want to take her to bed just cuz she's hot", "want to date her cuz she's cool" and women who are both. Of course, which women fall into which category would likely be difficult for someone else to determine as many whom others would not consider "hot" are so in my eyes because their level of "cool" has made them so. Marian Call (from my red-headed geek-girl h@wtness thread), for example, is someone that I perceive as being totally hot despite the fact that general opinion seems to swing the other way. I'm not as blind to a woman's physical appearance as Jack Black's character in Shallow Hal, but a little "cool" goes a long way.

To me it was interesting reading the discussion there about what people consider hot, in particular the debate about superficial beauty, and who posters put on their "list". But, I also understand the considerations for the "lists" are pure eye candy.

My list includes two categories: women who are brilliant, and chefs. Sadly, I didn't get past listing Christina Hendricks before needing a personal moment, but she wouldn't be in the list if I had read interviews in which she acted like a vacuous cream-puff. The remainder of my list:

Christiana Hendricks
Marian Call (discussed in the 'hawtness' thread, I've heard the woman sing and I've heard her speak and I've heard the lyrics that come from her lovely mind. Any time, any place.
Jennifer Jasinski. Local chef, runs her kitchen like the gulag but turns out amazing stuff.
Bobby Flay, are you ready for a throwdown? Yeah, he's also cute.
Iron chef Morimoto. Yeah, I'd go a few rounds. Not 'attractive', but I'm totally attracted to him.
Rick Bayless. Another chef.
Ewald Notter, pastry and sugar artist. Those hands!
Tony Bourdain, as long as I can tie him up.

Ah, Tony Bourdain. He always seemed so . . . glowering, even though I think he is a brilliant chef and entertainer.

As a man, I am not attracted to him at all, but he just seems like he would carry that pessimistic glowering into the bedroom with him.

Would you do Andrew Zimmern?

Hence the tying up.

Hmm... I don't know anything abut him except that he'll eat anything.... while that an intriguing quality I don't think it's enough.

Good call on Felicia Day, Foamy. I'd turn her into a unicorn.

She can be my 5th.

Thanks for the unicorn image, thankfully I wasn't drinking coffee at the time.

My wife and I have seen the Friends episode, LK. We both have lists, but they're constantly changing. Gonna have to think about this. Hey, we live in Los Angeles, so, ya never know!

It will be interesting to see what you come up with Aethien. Post your wife's list too if she'll let you!

We live in Mississippi and neither Morgan Freeman nor Oprah are on either of our lists, so its just fantasy fun for us. :D

Yeah, we don't really run in those circles anyway (more so before we had kids, and she worked in an art gallery). Maybe Morgan and Oprah are on each others' lists?!
