After having racoons making out on our roof the other night, hubby now wants to go shopping for an air rifle! As for the birds...if he even THINKS about getting his old BB gun out to go after them, he will not get far!! All birds are a "protected species" in my yards!!

Tequila Mockingbird

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Creme de Menthe (white)
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

He just used the bb gun to scare them off the roof and into the neighbors yard. Not like we have raccoons here on a regular basis, being in a city and all.

I don't think you could kill a coon with a BB gun unless you got lucky, or a competition quality gun or something, even then I'm thinking you'll need more shots than you could reasonably get off before it ran off.

Racoons are notoriously tough to kill. I had to shoot one four times with a .40 loaded with hollow points once to kill it.
