Someone mentioned a quote to me that I really enjoyed this past week, but I can't remember it fully or who said it. It says something along the lines of "the greatest tragedy is doing nothing when one could have done little." I probably butchered the first half, but the second is pretty close I'm sure.

Haven't been able to google track it down yet, and help would be much appreciated.

There are physical (in the library!) and online compilations of quotes which generally sort them by category.

I took a quick look around and found... something close.

Quote:
He who waits to do a great deal of good at once, will never do anything.

This from Samuel Johnson.

Not quite it, though, and didn't find any others close under either 'charity' or 'tragedy'. Then again, the website I first found didn't seem like a very good website at all so perhaps there is a good one out there. I don't have much experience with any of these websites. http://www.bartleby.com/100/ looks promising but I am heading off now and don't have time to poke around thoroughly just yet.

Jocificus...I vaguely remember a quote like that, I wish I could.

Here's a different one, though.

Other than Bruce Lee...Will Smith is another guy I seriously look up to.

For the quote about laying bricks one at a time, fast forward to 3:00
