Google Wave Flatlines....

(Sorry for the puny headlines... I plagiarized them from Engadget :P )

It had some cool features, and presumably some potential, but I personally never found much use for it (it found it to be a bit intrusive). Of course I don't do facebook, myspace, or twitter either....

I'll admit I never really "understood" Wave. My own opinion was much the same as the article author's:

I love Google products, but some of them just don't strike me as having a good standalone use, or market.

I am interested to see if they're ever going to come up with/release a Facebook competitor, though. That would be nice.

If they want to get into that market they'll just probably buy facebook.
