I had to go with tradition here. But in actual response, I've never been with a girl with fake boobs, so I can only go with what I know. Of course, those memories have been fading because I haven't touched an actual boob(aside from my own, of course) since I was 19.

EDIT:

I take that back, there was this one time in Vegas...but I prefer to not speak of that night.

I voted does not matter. Real boobs and fake boobs can be equally as enjoyable.

Most real ones are obviously less than "ideal" and fake one's feel gross and most of the time look weird and move weird...and get worse with age...like a tattoo.


...but, real > fake

Anyways I voted "Real as long as they are still perky and firm " would be ideal, of course, and real > fake but outside of that it doesn't matter as long as they look good and the girl is cute and fun to talk to and smart.

The problem with fake is whatever prompted the woman to go fake in the first place.

I prefer a woman who is confident enough with stock parts over a woman who needed bolt-on's for confidence.

I've never been up close and personal with fake ones. They can be just as fun to look at as real ones though.

I voted other. Ideally, real is best. I grant though, that in some cases a tasteful and proportionate augmentation could be desirable. Obvious cases like a mastectomy of course are very different from the standard Pole Dancer 9000 series Ultra Duo.

If a girl is just looking to "make them bigger" I think that's almost always a mistake. If you're genetically saddled with some really bad looking bewbs, and a doctor can make them look better, I've got no problem with that.

Some women get breast work done not due to any insecurity self-confidence reasons, but to fix the damage done either by massive weight loss or the aftereffects of pregnancy. Taamar and I know a couple of women in that category.
